Personal Capital Welcomes Mike Armsby As CFO

This week we’re excited to announce that industry veteran, Mike Armsby, joins Personal Capital as CFO. Mike brings with him an impressive background in financial services and technology to Personal Capital.

Mike was previously the CFO of Yodlee, Inc., where he shepherded the company during its private venture-backed phase, through its IPO and public-company phase, and through its successful sale to another public company, Envestnet. Prior to that, he served as CFO of View, the leading provider of dynamic glass that is both advanced technology and high efficiency for the built environment. Mike also held a position as CFO of PowerLight, a solar development company, which he led through its growth phase and its acquisition by SunPower. He was also the VP of Financial Planning and Strategy of Synopsys, a public company with over 10,300 employees and over $2.2 billion of revenue. In Mike’s early career, he was as a consultant with Bain & Company and a CPA with Price Waterhouse.
