Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee is focused on change and growth from within. To help bring awareness to the work that's being done, we host events, share resources, provide internal feedback from our DE&I survey, and highlight a variety of programs, cultures, and celebrations both inside and outside of our business.
We are growing our future diverse leaders and transforming the careers of employees through development and mentorship. Our inclusive mentorship program helps further skill sets and career goals through connecting mentors and mentees within the organization.
Bringing equality and recruiting together starts from how we attract and recruit talent. Through partnerships with groups like The Muse, Built in Colorado, and WayUp, we expand our hiring potential. Additionally, you will find dozens of applicable jobs at universities, including HBCUs, to reach candidates earlier in their careers.
